Casino, cuisine and coastline — a single address
A calm estate on a private shore, made for guests who prefer the room to speak softly. 52 years on, the welcome feels as it did on the first morning.
Nearer than you expect
Plates shaped by the season, not a fixed card.
Our kitchen follows what the coast brings each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the standard stays put.
A shoreline retreat, shaped over 52 years.
Founded in 1974 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Silver Grand was conceived for guests who judge value by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we have 200 keys, three restaurants and two private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every room and every ritual is shaped by people who have spent their lives refining hospitality. Our head sommelier has stayed with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole point.
We hold a five-star rating from every guide that matters, but the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 65 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.
Everything, only a few steps away
Dining, wellness, gaming and the shoreline share one private estate. Your concierge will chart the rest.
Five-Star Amenities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach club, and a service ratio of nearly two staff to every guest. Your suite is not merely a room. It is a small kingdom with a doorbell.

Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not invent seasonal dishes — they allow the season to write itself onto the plate, every morning, in pencil.
FIND OUT MORE →Live Entertainment
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The pianist on Thursday has been with us for years. Some guests travel solely to hear him.
